Good morning, lovely ladies! ☀️

As we step into a new week, remember that healing is rarely a straight, tidy line. Some days you will feel the exhilarating rush of freedom and clarity, and other days might feel a little heavier than you expected. Both are entirely okay. You are in the middle of rebuilding a life entirely on your own terms, and that takes quiet, fierce courage. Give yourself grace for where you are today, celebrate the small victories, and trust the strength that got you this far. A quick reminder for our calendars: we’ll be gathering for our monthly check-in this Thursday at 12:00 PM Mountain Standard Time . Bring your coffee, your lunch, or simply yourself just as you are. Looking forward to connecting, sharing, and lifting each other up. Have a gentle, beautiful start to your week!
